
Families from around the city will descend on Sefton Park this September for the sixth annual Liverpool Food & Drink Festival.
Returning even bigger and better this year is The Children’s Interactive Zone, which will offer children of all ages an array of exciting and interactive activities.
Our friends at Family Go Live Magazine are once again sponsoring free entry into Liverpool Food & Drink Festival for children under 14.
This year’s Interactive Area will focus on educating families about where food comes from, as well as encouraging them to grow their own. Families can expect a selection of cookery workshops, taste adventures, inspiring demonstrations and a whole host of competitions.
Parents and children of all ages are invited to explore the world of real food and embrace healthy community cooking… Just be sure to book your cookery workshops as soon as you get to the festival!
Family Go Live Magazine are sponsoring the free admission to the festival for all Children 14 and under. With a readership of 54,000 readers (and growing!), Family Go Live magazine is a bi-monthly publication aimed at busy parents and their families in and around Liverpool. They will also be on hand in the children’s interactive area with fun and games, activities and great competitions.
Junior Chefs Academy are pleased to be involved with the Liverpool Food & Drink Festival once again.They will run adult and child cookery sessions throughout the weekend. Having young children and parents or guardians working together learning kitchen skills is great fun, and encourages a better understanding of foods and tastes for a healthier diet. THESE SESSIONS ARE EXTREMLY POPULAR SO PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT. Saturday sessions will be at 12pm, 1.30pm, 3.30pm, 4.30pm. Sunday sessions -12pm, 1.30pm, 3pm, 4pm
