Liverpool Food and Drink Festival presents…
A Celebration of the Great British Pub
Liverpool Food and Drink Festival will toast the Great British pub with a celebration of pub grub, real ales, spirits, live music and entertainment from 4pm – 9pm on Friday 19th September.
We will also be staging the North’s Biggest Pub Quiz, which will be hosted by the legendary quizmaster Jonny Bongo.
The quiz will consist of 8 rounds of questions including a very ‘apt’ food and drink section, as well as general knowledge, music, film and entertainment.
The pub quiz, starting at 7pm and finishing at 8:15pm, is extremely fun and interactive and includes a break to get the drinks in.
Entry price into the festival on Friday evening is £5 and there is no additional charge for entering a team in to the pub quiz.

There will also be a street food zone and a hand-picked selection of producers, showcasing everything from posh pork pies, cheeses and olives to coffee, fudge and liqueurs. And there will be a Beer and Bangers Tent offering a huge selection of craft beers and tasty hot dogs.
The Friday night ‘Pub in the Park’ is all about relaxing, enjoying the atmosphere and enjoying a few drinks so bring a blanket and have a well-earned chill out after work. There will also be plenty of entertainment, from live music to pub games and dodgems.
ONLY over 16s will be allowed on-site on Friday evening. The children’s area will be closed until Saturday when the festival will open to all ages.
