Paul and Diana Peacock

Paul and Diana Peacock are writers of books on various topics surrounding what can be called “The Good Life”, gardening, self sufficiency, cooking and home food production.

They are presenters on The Allotment Channel, The Country Channel and The Garden Channel, and havs done a number of gardening DVD’s for  companies and others including First Tunnels Ltd and Johnsons Grass Seeds PLC and Henchman Tools.

Paul is the current “Mr Digwell” the Daily Mirror Gardening cartoon character, giving tips and advice on growing vegetables and flowers.

He runs the Daily Mirror Gardening Website, making films and podcasts as well as daily gardening input.

Paul has recently become a panelist on Radio 4‘s Gardener’s Question Time, his first broadcast went on air on 26th November. More are planned for the New Year.

Paul and Diana run The City Cottage, where they teach self sufficiency and  courses on curing, cheese making, sausage making, gardening, bees and poultry, while travelling the country teaching some of the old cookery skills that, they believe, will be making a comeback in the near future.
