Peter Kinsella- Lunya

Peter Kinsella is the Executive Chef and owner of Lunya, the UK’s only Catalonian Restaurant and Deli, and one of Liverpool’s leading restaurants.

Only just over one year old, Lunya has already won two awards for Liverpool’s Restaurant of the Year and included in the 2011/12 Good Food Guide.  Lunya has become renowned for exceptional produce in the deli and superb, innovative food in the restaurant, cooked from scratch.

Prior to opening Lunya, Peter spent 20 years as a Management Consultant advising organisations and governments around the world on their health and social services.
