TLCW Pop Up Restaurant

The Liverpool Food and Drink Festival have invited The London Carriage Works to be the first ‘Pop Up’ restaurant at this year’s festival. And, as enthusiastic champions of the LFDF since 2003 TLCW is delighted to be the forerunner of this fantastic initiative.

Join Liverpool’s Food Champion Paul Askew in this totally unique concept . Paul Askew is the son of a merchant navy sea captain and his childhood travels to South East Asia and the middle east, along with his early kitchen experiences in New York, are strong influences helping him to create modern international menus. His insistence on the use of high quality, seasonal and locally sourced products wherever possible has become central to the identity of The London Carriage Works.

Each day TLCW will bring it’s own love of the best regional, fresh and seasonal food, wine and service to the centre of Sefton Park.
