Salt Dog Slim’s Steins ‘n’ Brines Challenge, is fast becoming a talking point amongst food lovers across the city. The great and good of Liverpool, gather once a month, in the hope of becoming the next ‘Salt Dog Millionaire’.
On Sunday September 2nd from 6:30pm, twelve brave warriors will tackle the mighty feat of devouring five hot dogs and one gargantuan stein, in the fastest time! The Festival winner will walk away with a £200 cash prize, Salt Dog’s T-shirt and their name in the elusive hall of fame.
Expect chanting crowds, and competitive spirit in this mustard slingin, stein swillin battle of epic proportions; all set to a soundtrack of dirty rock and roll!
August’s challenge winner has set a new record of 5 minutes 30 seconds-anyone wanting to steal the crown, can head into Salt Dogs and sign their dignity away!
