One of the most loved parts of our event, the Culinary Talent Theatre, will be hosted by some of the top chefs in the country, along with a programme of established and rising stars within the North West.

Compered by Masterchef of Great Britain BRIAN MELLOR. The Culinary Talent Theatre is where you will find the best local talent cooking up a storm alongside our celebrity chefs!

Saturday sees stars of Channel 4′s hit show THE FABULOUS BAKER BROS, rising star AIDEN BYRNE and Great British Bake Off judge PAUL HOLLYWOOD take to the stage!

There is no charge to festival visitors to watch the cookery demonstrations for 2012.

Seats will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
