One of the most loved parts of our event, the Culinary Talent Theatre, will be hosted by some of the top chefs in the country, along with a programme of established and rising stars within the North West.

The Culinary Talent Theatre is where you will find the best local talent cooking up a storm alongside our celebrity chefs!

Sunday is packed full of fun including LISA FAULKNER, Michelin Starred chef TOM KITCHIN, AIDEN BYRNE, NORMAN MUSA, and DOUG ELGIN of city favourite Puschka!

There is no charge to festival visitors to watch the cookery demonstrations for 2012.

Seats will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
